The Country Kitchen

The project involved the removal of a load-bearing wall, installation of a new beam, and a full update of flooring and drywall throughout. Extensive work was done on the home’s mechanical systems, including all new electrical and plumbing, to ensure the space met new building code standards.

The design retained the home’s mid-century charm while opening it up for a more contemporary feel. Special design features include a counter-to-ceiling backsplash, a small coffee bar perfect for morning coffee, and fun light fixtures that bring a playful twist to the space.
